Can our customers add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet? - Mon - Feb 24, 2025 - 9:42am

Yes, at the bottom of each confirmation email receipt, where the barcodes are shown, customers now have the option to easily save and store their tickets to their Apple Wallet. When your customers add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, it makes for the quick and easy retrieval of tickets on the night of the show.
The option for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet will only be available if you have "Barcodes" enabled in your confirmation email template. See the image below. To check which information you include in your order confirmation email template, please head to Templates > Confirmation email > Edit Email Template.
