How do I generate reports from expired events? - Fri - May 23, 2025 - 4:18pm

All events -- even those that have expired -- are saved in your administrative portal. All reports for expired events and performances are also always accessible.
To see reports for a fully expired event:- Head to Events > Event Manager
- Click 'Show Expired Events'
- Click on the name of the desired event
- You should see all past performance dates and times here. Click on any icon under the Reports column to open or export a report.
To see reports for a dates that are in the past on an event that is still active:- Head to Events > Event Manager
- Click on the name of the Event you'd like to see reports for
- Click the calendar field under the Dates & Times tab
- Enter the desired date range of the events for which you need to run a report.
- Click Search
- All dates that are within the date range searched will be returned in the search results with the reports to the right of each time slot
- You should see all past performance dates and times here. Click on any icon under the Reports column to open or export a report.
If you want to see a multi-event report of expired events:- Head to: Reports > Multi-Event Report
- Change the date range to cover the event(s) for which you want a report
- Check the box next to the appropriate event(s)
- Click Generate Report
