How do I print a list of all attendees for each event? - Thu - May 29, 2025 - 4:52pm

  • Every event includes an automatically compiled list of all attendees (guest list) sorted alphabetically by last name.

    On-screen Guest List
     
    1. Head to Events > Event Manager
    2. Click on the name of your event
    3. Under the Reports column, click on the guest list icon. 

    This is an on-screen attendee list, but it can easily be printed to be used at the entrance.

    Guest List Export
     
    1. Head to Events > Event Manager
    2. Click on the name of your event
    3. Under the Reports column, click on the guest list. 
    4. You will be taken to the Downloads page where the file will become available as a CSV

    You will have a CSV file containing each order by Order ID. It will include the customer's name, payment methods, seat assignments, and other information like phone numbers.

    On-screen Guest List for expired event

    1. Head to Events > Event Manager
    2. Click Show Expired Events
    3. Click on the name of your event 
    4. Under the Reports column, click on the guest list icon.
