Is there a way to set up a report to be auto generated daily and sent to users via email? - Fri - Jun 13, 2025 - 11:58am

  • All reports are available and downloadable at any time either from an event or from the Reports tab.  

    Currently, we have only two automated emails that can be sent to users nightly. 

    One is a daily summary of all transactions that occurred the previous day, but the email will only be sent if sales occurred that day. To enable that option, follow the steps below.

    1. From your account settings > Email Notifications
    2. Under ALERTS, click "When nightly totals are made to the dashboard"
    3. Enter the email address and hit enter in the field on the right for each user you want to receive the nightly update.

    The other allows you auto-send an email of the Event Settlement report to a specified list of emails.  Learn more about that option here:
