Over the past few days, ThunderTix experienced intermittent slowdowns and timeouts caused by a routing failure at our hosting provider, Heroku. This led to unbalanced traffic distribution, which affected performance across some areas of the system.We're happy to report that the issue has been fully resolved, and ThunderTix is now performing better than ever.Throughout the incident, we sent a series of updates by email. If you missed them, you can catch up here:
