Service Interruption on Saturday evening, October 18, 2025 - Mon - Oct 20, 2025 - 6:19am

  • This past Saturday evening, ThunderTix experienced an unexpected outage that temporarily affected access to some event pages and ticket purchases. Our team responded immediately and restored service later that night.

    We want to share a bit of context: while working on system improvements to speed up ticket processing, we introduced a change that had unintended effects. We’ve since identified the cause and are making internal process changes to prevent it from happening again.

    Out of an abundance of caution, we are currently reviewing all orders from that period to ensure every ticket and payment was processed correctly. A small number of customers may report that their tickets didn’t arrive or that a payment didn’t go through — we’ll be proactively contacting affected clients if we detect any such issues.

    We deeply regret the disruption, especially on a busy weekend night, and we appreciate your patience and trust as we complete these checks. Our top priority remains delivering a reliable, always-available platform for you and your customers.
