Hello ThunderTix Community,Over the next few weeks starting Monday, August 11, 2025, we’ll be moving our services from Heroku to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This change will help us keep costs down, improve performance, and give us faster support when things go wrong—so you get a smoother, more reliable ticketing experience.What you need to know:
- You shouldn’t notice anything—your login, tickets, and event pages will work just as before.
- That said, if you spot anything odd, like a page not loading or an error message, please let us know right away by opening a support ticket.
- Why we’re doing this:
- Lower hosting costs help us invest more in new features.
- AWS gives us faster incident response and better uptime.
- This move is part of our ongoing commitment to reliability and performance.
