Customizing your toolbar - Wed - Oct 7, 2026 - 3:54pm
Customize toolbar lets each person choose which items stay in the left sidebar navigation and what order they appear in. The setting is saved to that login only. Other people on the site keep their own sidebar.
Getting started
In the left sidebar, under the search box, click Customize toolbar.
The window lists the menus you have access to. Checked items are the ones that stay in the sidebar. Nested items are listed under their menu.

Getting started
In the left sidebar, under the search box, click Customize toolbar.

Show or hide an item
- Leave an item checked to keep it in the sidebar.
- Uncheck an item to move it into More at the bottom of the sidebar. More stays collapsed until you open it.
- Unchecking a menu also unchecks the items nested under it, and those nested items move to More with the menu.
- To keep one nested item in the sidebar after hiding its menu, uncheck the menu, then check that nested item again. It shows on its own in the sidebar. The menu itself stays in More.
- To hide one nested item and keep the rest of the menu, uncheck only that nested item.
Hiding an item does not remove your access to it. Open More, or use the search box at the top of the sidebar. Hidden items still appear in search, labeled Hidden from sidebar.
Change the order
Drag an item by the grip on its left.

- Drag a menu to change its place in the sidebar.
- Drag a nested item to change its place inside that menu. A nested item stays under its menu. To show it on its own, use the checkbox steps above.
Save
Click Save changes. The page reloads with your sidebar. Cancel closes the window and leaves the sidebar as it was.
The next time ThunderTix adds a menu you can use, it appears at the end of your nav bar until you move it.
