I’ll be hosting a live demo today at 1:00 p.m. CT to show you how Package Add-Ons work, where they appear during checkout, and how you can use them as an upsell opportunity for season pass buyers.


Package Add-Ons Are Here


We’re excited to introduce Package Add-Ons, a new ThunderTix feature designed to help you promote additional events, improve the package-buying experience, and drive more ticket sales from your most engaged patrons.


When patrons purchase a season pass or package, they can now view optional add-on performances during checkout and include them in their order before completing their purchase.


This is a great way to promote special performances, bonus shows, concerts, fundraisers, guest artist events, holiday productions, gala receptions, and other full-price opportunities that are not already included in the package.


Package Add-Ons give you more control over what subscribers see during checkout while keeping the purchasing experience simple and streamlined. Only events that are not already included in the package will appear as available add-on options.
