Editing and Updating a Membership - Thu - Aug 14, 2025 - 6:27pm

There are many updates you can make to an existing membership! You can add another membership level and add more membership benefits easily from the membership manager.
To make edits to an existing Membership, you will go to the memberships tab on the left of your screen and click "Membership Manager". That will bring you to this screen:
Click on the membership you would like to edit. This will open the selected membership into the membership levels page.
On the first tab "Membership Levels", you will be able to edit the following:
1) Edit the Level Name
2) Edit the Level Description
3) Add new benefits to a membership
4) Adjust the pricing of a membership
5) Look at your membership sales in the report column
If you click to the next tab "Public Display" you will be able to edit the following:
1) Membership Name
2) Member category
3) Membership renewal frequency
4) Membership photo
5) Call to action button on public site
6) Whether your purchase options and tax are applied to the membership
7) Public access to purchase the membership
The final tab will bring you to the "Email Receipt" section. This will allow you to edit what is in the membership confirmation email.
