Let's set up a membership! There are multiple discussions about the process of setting up a membership.  If you have specific questions, you can click to these specific discussions if you have questions:

If this is your first time setting up a membership, follow along here:


1. To begin, head to the Memberships Tab on your left-hand menu:
2. You'll have the option to choose Membership Manager or Membership Coupons.  Click on Membership Manager.  If you want to know about Membership coupons, click here 
3. Click on the green "+Create Membership" button on this page. 


4. In this "New Membership" box, you are going to do a few things:

a) Add Membership Name - Examples: "Standing Ovation Society" or "Premiere Access Circle"






b) Add a Customer Classification- This is optional!  You can learn more about customer classifications here: How can I use, apply, edit, or delete Customer Classifications?






c) Add a Renewal Option-You get to decide what the renewal process looks like for your member!  




d) Add Description:  Write a description of the membership.  This is what will display on your website when you customers go to purchase a membership.



e) Public call to action:   You can customize what your button says that will allow customers to click to purchase memberships.   




f) What should we say at the top of the email receipt?
Write a message here of what you want the top of the email to say when someone purchases a membership and receives a confirmation email.




g) Choose whether you want to activate your membership now by checking "Active".
h) Choose whether you want to allow any public users to purchase the membership on your site.
i) Upload you membership photo!




5. Click Save.
