Patron Database Searches Beyond Single-Year Purchase Limits - Tue - Dec 23, 2025 - 1:02pm
-
You can now build highly targeted mailing lists using a patron’s full purchase and spending history—without needing to run multiple reports or manually remove duplicates.Using the Patron Database Search, you can combine criteria to answer questions like:
- Who has purchased tickets within the last 5 years?
- Who has spent at least $XX over the past 3 years?
How to do it
- Navigate to Patron Database → CRM & Mass Mail
2. In the orders tab, input the desired criteria such as number of orders, minimum order value, or number of tickets.
3. Select the appropriate date range (for example: past 3 years, past 5 years, or lifetime where applicable). There is no time limit on this search.4. Add additional filters as needed (event types, donor classifications, etc.)
5. Run the search and export or save the results for email campaigns, reporting, or outreach.
Because the search evaluates each patron holistically, results are returned as a single, clean list—no duplicate merging or manual cleanup required.
This makes it much easier to:
- Create targeted mailing lists
- Identify long-term supporters
- Segment patrons by engagement or spending patterns
- Plan marketing and fundraising campaigns with confidence
- Who has purchased tickets within the last 5 years?
