Important Update- Email Delivery Issues (Non-Branded Accounts) - Thu - Feb 5, 2026 - 5:12pm

  • We are aware of an issue affecting email delivery for non-branded accounts, where some automated emails may not be sending as expected due to delivery issues with our third-party email service provider, Mailgun.

    Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with Mailgun toward a resolution.

    At this time, no branded accounts appear to be impacted.
