We’re writing to let you know about an update to how flex passes are billed in ThunderTix.Beginning this month, all flex passes will be billed at the time of sale rather than at redemption. This means that when a flex pass (punch pass, season pass, or similar bundled ticket product including those added as Member benefits) is sold, the associated per-ticket fees will be applied in that same month.Historically, flex passes were billed as tickets were redeemed. While this worked operationally, it created inconsistencies compared to how standard tickets and packages are billed at the time of sale. Moving flex pass billing to the sale date ensures consistent treatment across all ticket types and provides clearer, more predictable reporting.This change applies to new flex pass sales starting with February's billing.If you have any questions about how this works or would like to review your current flex pass setup, we’re happy to walk through it with you.Thank you for your continued partnership.Best regards,
