We’re reaching out with a quick update to ThunderTix add-on pricing, effective immediately.


To make pricing simpler and more consistent across the platform, we’re standardizing add-on pricing at 2%.


• Merchandise: increasing from 1% → 2%
• Memberships: now 2%
• Gift Cards: decreasing from 2.5% → 2%
• Donations: decreasing from 2.5% → 2%
Supporting merchandise and memberships requires ongoing development, maintenance, and customer support. This update helps us better match pricing to the effort involved and ensures we can continue investing in research and development for new features and improvements—while also making add-on pricing clearer and more consistent overall.
