The message appears to come from ThunderTix and claims that an attendee has requested a refund, prompting you to log in through a link in the email.This email is NOT legitimate. Please do not click the link or interact with the message.If you receive an email like this:
• Do not click any links
• Do not enter your login information
• Delete the email immediatelyThunderTix does not send refund requests in this format, and any legitimate notifications from ThunderTix will direct you to log in through the normal ThunderTix website.If you already clicked the link or entered your login credentials, please take the following steps immediately:- Change your ThunderTix password.
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Contact our support team so we can review your account activity.
At this time, there is no indication that ThunderTix systems or customer data were breached. This appears to be a phishing attempt designed to imitate our email format.Our team is actively investigating the source of the message and taking steps to prevent further attempts.If you have any questions or would like us to review your account for safety, please contact us at [email protected].Thank you for your attention and for helping keep your account secure.Sincerely,
