Action Required: Update Your Application to Avoid Access Issues - Wed - Apr 1, 2026 - 9:44am

  • We’re reaching out with an important update regarding your ThunderTix mobile application.

    To ensure continued access, you and any other users must download and install the latest version of the application as soon as possible. Clients who do not update will see an “Unauthorized” message when attempting to use the system.

    To verify that you are on the correct version you will see "2.3.0" at the bottom of the login screen.
