Please submit a support request to apply to be approved to try out the new beta version of the ThunderTix MCP connector.

Once we let you know you are approved, you'll take a few steps to get connected and begin exploring your data.

To add ThunderTix as a connector in Claude:

1 Open Claude and go to Settings.
2 Click Connectors or Customize depending on your version.
3 Select Add custom connector / Add extension.
4 Type ThunderTix MCP. The remote URL is: https://admin.thundertix.com/mcp
5 Click Add.
6 Sign in with your ThunderTix credentials if prompted.
7 Authorize the connection between ThunderTix and Claude.
8 Once connected, you should see ThunderTix available as a tool/connector inside Claude.

After that, Claude should be able to work with the ThunderTix connection during your beta testing. This AI Connector is a work in progress, and we are very eager to hear your feedback! You are the first organization we've enabled it for.
