Batch print thermal tickets by shipping methodWe just released a new way to batch print thermal tickets across all of your events and performances at once.Until now, thermal printing was done event by event. Many of you asked for a faster way to print everything that came in overnight, especially orders headed to Will Call or Postal Mail. This new page does exactly that. How it worksThe batch print to thermal lists all paid orders across every event. By default, previously printed tickets are excluded, so you only see the newest orders that have yet to be printed. You can narrow the results two ways:
- Shipping method. Filter to just the orders that make sense to print, like Will Call or Postal Mail.
- Date range. This is optional. Since print status already tracks what has been printed, most venues won't need it, but it's there if you want it.
From the results, you can print any order individually, or use Batch print to send everything to your thermal printer for rapid printing.
Where to find itGo to Templates > Thermal ticket, then click "Batch print to thermal" at the top of the page. Or head straight to the page here:A practical example: your box office volunteer arrives an hour before doors. They open this page, filter to Will Call, and batch print every unprinted ticket in one pass. New orders that come in afterward show up on the next search, already filtered to just what's new.
