How can I see who made edits within our account? - Tue - Dec 26, 2017 - 8:07am

  • Revision and change history 

    We track changes to various aspects of your ThunderTix account, like events, performances, tickets, products, and account settings, using a revision history. There are several areas in the system you can view revision change history. 

    To see an overview of revisions made to the account or events, please do the following:

    1. Head to the Support tab >> Revision History 
    2. All revision history will be listed from the most recent change to the oldest change 



    To see revision history made for a specific event, please do the following:

    1. Head to Events >> Event Manager 
    2. Locate the event you wish to see alterations for 
    3. Under the actions column, select history.



    You can also view the change history for all of the below items:

    • A specific performance date
      • From your Event Manager, click on the name of your event and locate the specific performance, under the Actions tab click select then history (as shown above). 
    • Packages 
      • From your Events tab, select Package Manager, and click on the select button on the actions column and select History. 
    • Gift certificate orders 
      • From your Revenue Builders tab, select Gift Certificates. Locate the gift card in question, and under the Revisions column, select the clock icon
    • Product items 
      • From your Revenue Builders tab, select Products. Locate the product in question, and click on the select button on the actions column and select History. 
    • Coupons 
      • From your Revenue Builders tab, select Coupons. Locate the coupon in question, and select the clock icon below the coupon name
