Your patron database has all of that contact data per ticket buyer. All collected data is exportable at any time to obtain the demographics for all customers or only a segmented audience for a single event, genre, classification, etc. 



1. Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail
2. To download the entire database, click Export Results
3. The file will be exported to a CSV that will be available on the Downloads page.
4. Once open as a spreadsheet, sort by any column.  For location, sort by city, state, or zip code

If you prefer to download only a segment of your patrons to create targeted audiences for marketing purposes, use the search filters search by customer data, orders, event history, donations, etc. Then, click Search Customers.  The results will be filtered to create a segmented list of your patrons before exporting the results.
