Is there a report that will show who donated so that we can include them in our programs? - Wed - Oct 1, 2014 - 9:22am

  • You can retrieve this information from your patron database. To get a list of customers who have made donations, use the following steps:
     
    1. Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail
    2. Select Donation History
    3. Check the box labeled "Donated AT LEAST"
    4. Type a 1 in the Orders Box - this gives you all customers who have donated at least one time
    5. Click Search Customers
    6. Click Export Results

    All donors will have received an automated donation email receipt at the time the donation is made.  This receipt can be customized for your own "thank you" note by heading to Templates > Donation Email Receipt
