Changing the name shown in the top bar of my email order receipt and Changing the "From" Email address. - Mon - Nov 3, 2014 - 1:58pm

    By default, the order receipt uses the organization name entered in the Billing information of the Account Settings (cog icon in the upper right). Change with the following steps:
     
    1. Click on Account Settings.
    2. Click Email Notifications
    3. Under  Customize Email Sender, edit the Organization name

     

    In this location, you can also change the sender address on the email confirmation receipt.

     The sender of the email is always noreply@notify.thundertix.com and includes your account name.  The “From” email address cannot be changed without upgrading to email branding.

     
    For example, if your organization name is, "Viva Performance!", then the email will use the following sending nomenclature:

    "Viva Performance!" <noreply@thundertix.com> 

    To change the sender address on the email confirmation receipt, just enter the email address you would like the confirmation emails to come from. Several organizations will use their box office email, but it is completely up to you on what you'd like to change the email address to.
