How can I remove a purchased ticket from my reports? - Tue - Jan 6, 2015 - 11:08am

Find the order ID in your report for the ticket in question.
- Head to your Orders tab
- Enter that Order ID
- Search for that order
- Click on the order number
- Click the "Initiate Refund" button in the bottom right-hand corner.
The refund allows you to either return tickets, money, or both. You can select which tickets to refund and follow the steps. Your report will reflect the refunded ticket. You can learn more about voiding an order here:
