Report for customers who purchased for multiple shows during a season; new customer report - Wed - Jul 1, 2015 - 1:46pm

Integrated Customer Report
At times, you may want to get an integrated report that shows all customers that attended 3 or more shows in a single season to target those patrons for season subscriptions for the following season.

  1. Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail
  2. Click "Order History" 
  3. Enter "3" in the Orders box and enter a date range for this season
  4. Click Search Customers

New Customer Report
Alternatively, you may want to download a report of all new customers from the current season.  

  1. Head to Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail
  2. Click "Order History" 
  3. Enter a date range for this season
  4. Enable "Retrieve new customers only"
  5. Click Search Customers
