What if my event expired too early? How can I get it back online for customers?

There are two ways that an event might have been set to expire too early. The Expiration Date or the actual event date.

Changing the Expiration Date



  1. Head to Events > Event Manager

  2. Click Manage > Public Display > Event Information

  3. Under IMPORTANT SALE DATES, check the date entered for "Ti

How can I change the address and phone number on the Ticket, thermal ticket and email?

The venue address and phone number is set with each event. This allows you to have events at different venues with the correct address and phone number varying per event. 

To set the venue address for an event, follow the steps below:

How can I customize a tour date message for the public without making tickets available?

Some of our venues may not offer a tour on all dates, but they don't want to remove it from the buyer's view. If you would like to have the tour time visible with a note indicating it is Sold Out, navigate to:
