Re-Activate a previously deleted ticket type

There is not currently a way to reactivate a ticket type after it's been inactivated.  However, there are no negative repercussions for creating the same ticket type again. 

So, just recreate a new ticket, and it will work exactly as the original. 

If would like for customers to be able to enter extra information on an order, there are a couple of different ways to go about this.
 
You can create and attach a Survey to your events, or you can edit the Comments field to use whatever wording you desire, or
