Yes! You can continue to sell tickets after an event has been inactivated, taken off line from public view, or after the event has passed (perhaps you would like to record box office/door sales made in cash - these can still be included to reflect accurate inventory).

To add ticket sales manually, please navigate to:
Events tab >
1. Click Manage for that event
2. Click Sell next to the event or performance
3. Enter the tickets sold per type
4. Click Continue
5. Scroll to the payment method to select the dollar icon for cash transactions and enter the amount received
6. Click Confirm Order after filling out available patron information to collect inventory


NOTE: if you cannot see events that are no longer publicly available, you user login may not have the permission to sell 'private events'. Contact your venue administrator if you feel your user permissions should be changed.
