Can I still sell tickets at the door using ThunderTix after I take my event offline or after it has expired? - Thu - Dec 15, 2011 - 6:50pm

Yes! You can continue to sell tickets after an event has been inactivated, taken off line from public view, or after the event has passed (perhaps you would like to record box office/door sales made in cash - these can still be included to reflect accurate inventory).
To add ticket sales manually for a general admission event:- Please navigate to the Events tab > Click on the Event you'd like to sell tickets for
- Click Sell for the desired performance
- Enter the ticket quantities per ticket type
- Click Continue
- Choose the payment method
- After filling out all of the desired patron contact information for your CRM, click 'Confirm Order'
To add ticket sales manually for a reserved seating event:- Please navigate to the Events tab > Click on the Event you'd like to sell tickets for
- Click Sell for the desired performance
- Click the desired seating from the chart
- Click Continue
- Choose the appropriate ticket type per seat (if there is more than one ticket type)
- Click Continue
- Choose the payment method
- After filling out all of the desired patron contact information for your CRM, click 'Confirm Order'
NOTE: if you cannot see events that are no longer publicly available, you user login may not have the permission to sell 'private events'. Contact your venue administrator if you feel your user permissions should be changed.
