How can I customize a tour date message for the public without making tickets available? - Thu - Nov 18, 2010 - 5:12pm

    Some of our venues may not offer a tour on all dates, but they don't want to remove it from the buyer's view. If you would like to have the tour time visible with a note indicating it is Sold Out, navigate to:
    Events tab >

    1. Click the Manage next to the event name.
    2. Click on Purchase Settings in the top navigation menu
    3. Click on the Capacity number
    4. Change to 0 (zero)
    5. Click the "check mark" to save

    If you would like to have the tour time visible with a custom message without showing SOLD OUT, navigate to:
    Events tab >

    1. Click the Manage next to the event name.
    2. Click on Purchase Settings in the top navigation menu
    3. Click on the Capacity number
    4. Change to 0 (zero)
    5. Click the "check mark" to save
    6. Click the Visibility tab for that event in the top navigation menu.
    7. Under "Hide 'Sold Out' message when no tickets remain.", enter your custom message. This will replace the words SOLD OUT for any date/time with 0 tickets available.
