How can I customize a tour date message for the public without making tickets available? - Thu - Nov 18, 2010 - 5:12pm

Some of our venues may not offer a tour on all dates, but they don't want to remove it from the buyer's view. If you would like to have the tour time visible with a note indicating it is Sold Out, navigate to:
Events tab >- Click the Manage next to the event name.
- Click on Purchase Settings in the top navigation menu
- Click on the Capacity number
- Change to 0 (zero)
- Click the "check mark" to save
If you would like to have the tour time visible with a custom message without showing SOLD OUT, navigate to:
Events tab >- Click the Manage next to the event name.
- Click on Purchase Settings in the top navigation menu
- Click on the Capacity number
- Change to 0 (zero)
- Click the "check mark" to save
- Click the Visibility tab for that event in the top navigation menu.
- Under "Hide 'Sold Out' message when no tickets remain.", enter your custom message. This will replace the words SOLD OUT for any date/time with 0 tickets available.
