How can I make tickets available at box office only 1 hour before show time? - Sat - Jul 26, 2014 - 8:43pm

  • To remove tickets from sale prior to the performance time, please follow the steps below: 

    1. Navigate to Public Display Options >> Edit Public Display 
    2. Under "Automatic Inactivation for Performances", use the dropdown to choose the appropriate amount of time you'd like to close ticket sales before the box office opens 
    3. Use the text box below it to enter your message, for example, "Tickets May Still be Available at the Box Office"
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update

    Your customers will see the message that you have typed in, but will not be able to purchase tickets.

View our video tutorials   Can we collect extra information on an order?   How can I customize a tour date message for the public without making tickets available?   Is it possible to set the maximum number of seats but not change the current defaults?   Can I still sell tickets at the door using ThunderTix after I take my event offline or after it has expired?   Why is one of my event's dates showing as 'Sold Out'?   Is there a way you could show the PDF image we have uploaded just like the Event Image?   How do I remove a ticket option from the drop-down choices?
