To remove tickets from sale prior to the performance time, please follow the steps below:

Navigate to Public Display Options >> Edit Public Display
Under "Automatic Inactivation for Performances", use the dropdown to choose the appropriate amount of time you'd like to close ticket sales before the box office opens
Use the text box below it to enter your message, for example, "Tickets May Still be Available at the Box Office"
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update

Your customers will see the message that you have typed in, but will not be able to purchase tickets.
