Why is one of my event's dates showing as 'Sold Out'? - Thu - Aug 9, 2012 - 2:38pm

There are two reasons a date may show as 'Sold Out'. You have either sold all available seats, or you have reduced the available number of seats for a given event date to either zero seats or a number that is less than or equal to the number of seats sold to date. To figure out which it is, please navigate to:
Events tab >- Click the Manage button next to the event.
- Click on Purchase Settings in the secondary navigation menu
- Hover over the event name to click on Manage Tickets and Prices
- Under your ticket Types, compare the Capacity number with the number of tickets sold
- If the capacity is incorrect, you can update it under Purchase Settings of your event
To change your event capacity, navigate to:
Events tab >- Click Manage next to your chosen event
- Click Purchase Settings in the secondary navigation menu at the top of the page
- Change your capacity under Availability and Limits
