How do I remove a single event from sale with a message? - Thu - Mar 12, 2020 - 9:25am

If you'd like to remove an event from sale so that customers can no longer buy tickets, utilize the post-sale announcement found in the Visibility tab of your event. This option is best used if the event has only one date and time.To utilize the post-sale announcement, please navigate to:
Events tab >- Click on the name of your chosen event
- Click the Visibility tab in the top navigation menu
- Under Removing the 'Buy' Button for the Public Display, enter your post-sale announcement date and details
Since the announcement replaces the original event description, we recommend copying the event description into this field with your additional message, like "Tickets only available at the door" or "This event is being rescheduled and a new date will be announced shortly."To enable the post-sale announcement immediately, select today's date and time. Otherwise, schedule the post-sale announcement to post automatically at your preferred date and time.
