Coming soon- SMS reminders for your event
To send reminder text messages for your event, navigate eo Events > Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Ticket Delivery > Event Reminders.
Toggle 'Event SMS Reminders' to yes.
Next set up how far in advance you'd like the reminder SMS to go out and the content of the Reminder Message.
Please note at this time we only allow 160 characters per text and that customers will need a valid mobile number on their patron profile.
We'll take care of the rest and notify your customers of their upcoming event!
