Can I restore someone to the waitlist? - Tue - Feb 3, 2026 - 4:32pm

To add a customer back to the waiting list follow the steps below:
- Head to Events > Event Manager > Click on the name of your event > Reports > Guest List
- On the Actions column select the Add to waitlist icon

- Their status will change from Inactive to Waiting.

- Now that the customer is reinstated you can notify them if tickets become available on your wait list
