To limit the number of tickets available in a single purchase, you need to enter a Maximum Ticket per order.
1. Head to the: Event Manager
2. Click Manage next to the desired event
3. Click Purchase Setings
4. Under MAXIMUM TICKETS PER ORDER, click the text labeled "Unlimited" and enter a value. For a maximum of 8 tickets per order, enter 8.
5. Click the "check mark" to save
You can also limit the number of tickets a customer can purchase of a single ticket type. For example, if you are holding an employee event and employees can bring a maximum of 1 guest. You could create a guest ticket type that has an Order Limit of 1.
1. Head to the:Event Manager
2. Click Manage for the desired event
3. Click on Manage Tickets and Prices for the desired performance
4. Click the pencil icon to edit the any ticket type
5. Enter a value into the Order Limit column.
6. Click the disk icon to save
