To limit the number of tickets available in a single purchase, you need to enter a Maximum Ticket per order.
- Head to the: Event Manager
- Click Manage next to the desired event
- Click Purchase Setings
- Under MAXIMUM TICKETS PER ORDER, click the text labeled "Unlimited" and enter a value. For a maximum of 8 tickets per order, enter 8.
- Click the "check mark" to save
You can also limit the number of tickets a customer can purchase of a single ticket type. For example, if you are holding an employee event and employees can bring a maximum of 1 guest. You could create a guest ticket type that has an Order Limit of 1.
- Head to the:Event Manager
- Click Manage for the desired event
- Click on Manage Tickets and Prices for the desired performance
- Click the pencil icon to edit the any ticket type
- Enter a value into the Order Limit column.
- Click the disk icon to save
