I need to change the name on a purchased ticket without voiding the sale. - Fri - Nov 4, 2016 - 12:37am

You can click on the Order ID and change the customer name on the order itself. However, there isn't a way to change the name that appears on the actual PDF eTicket ticket once it's been generated and emailed tot he customer.
You could initiate an exchange from the order to exchange it from its current order to a new order in which you could correct the name and issue a new ticket.
Alternatively, if you were collecting a name per ticket, you can click on the Order ID and then click on the patron name entered with each ticket to change the name saved.
