How can I waive fees for some orders? - Fri - Sep 9, 2011 - 7:09pm

As a logged in user, you may elect to waive fees for any order on the checkout page. In the itemized Order Summary of the checkout page, any per ticket fees will have a checkbox next to each fee. If desired, check the Waive Fees checkbox to remove those from the order. The total will be updated immediately.
If you have many fees on a single order, you also have the option to click the Remove All Fees button to waive all fees at once.
Should you waive the fee accidentally, you have the option to uncheck the box to add the fee back onto the order.
Should you wish to comp an order to $0, click Comp Order and this will automatically zero out any associated fees.
