Why are orders missing from the Orders tab? - Wed - Jun 13, 2012 - 10:34pm

  • By default, the Orders tab only loads the past 7 days of orders to ensure a fast page load. However, you may use the search feature and date range to hone in on any orders you wish to view.

    Search Orders without changing the default dates

    • If you enter an Order ID without changing the dates, we'll return that Order and disregard the dates shown.
    • If you enter a Customer Last Name without changing the dates, we'll return all matching orders and disregard the dates shown.
    • If you enter a Customer email address without changing the dates, we'll return all matching orders and disregard the dates shown.

    Search Orders WITH a required date range

    • If you select an event by entering the event name, we will only show orders placed for that event in addition to the date range shown.  So, you'll need to expand the date range to get all orders for that event.
    • If you enter the Last 4 digits of the credit card used, we will only show matching orders placed in addition to the date range shown.  So, you'll need to expand the date range to get all orders for that credit card number.
