How can we import new customers emails into our Mailchimp account? - Sun - Feb 28, 2021 - 11:25am

  • First, you'll need to ensure that your Mailchimp account is connected to ThunderTix. Head over to Account > Account Settings > Marketing and ensure that your Mailchimp API is entered in the Mailchimp field. At any point, you can export all "new customers" over a specified time period from your ThunderTix account into one of your Mailchimp audiences. 


    1. Head to Patron Database > Search & Mass Mail
    2. Click on the Order tab
    3. Under "Has purchased at least", enter "1" under Orders

    4. Enter a date range and enter in the date for "customer since" to make sure you are including any new customers since your last import.

    5. Click Search. The results for your customers will appear.


    6. Next, click "Send To..." and choose "Send to Mailchimp".

    7.Select the desired audience(s) and click "Subscribe Customers".

    The above instructions work identically for sending new customers to Constant Contact. Just choose Send to Constant Contact!
