Why can't all users see the patron database? - Tue - Nov 23, 2010 - 2:37pm

    To see the Customer database under Patron Database > Search and Mass Mail, the user needs to have the permission "View/edit customers" enabled. 

    To enable this permission for your users:

    1. Go to account settings > Users
    2. Click on the user and check the box 'View/edit Customers' 
    3. Click Update 

    If you enable this this permission, that allows the user to see, edit, and export all Customer and donor data.
