    If you would like to save our positive customer comments and post them on your website, there are a couple different ways to go about this. Either through an Orders export, or a Guest List export.You may not even need to export, as you do have the ability to scan either of the above's on screen versions to see comments.

    Orders Export:

    1. Click on Orders
    2. Change the default dates if desired, by using the Start Date and End Date fields.
    3. Click Search
    4. At this point, you may do a quick scan of the Comments Column to see if there are any comments. Comments are indicated by a blue speech bubble. You may view them directly from here by hovering over the speech bubble.
    5. To export the report, Click the Export button, and the report will be exported in a spreadsheet format.
    Once you have the export, you can sort your data by the column that includes comments, that way all of your orders that have comments will be at the top.

    Guest List Export:

    1. Click on Events
    2. Click on your event
    3. On any performance, hover over the performance name and click on Guest List
    4. At this point you may do a quick scan of the Comments Column to see if there are any comments.
    5. Comments are indicated by a blue speech bubble. You may view them directly from here by hovering over the speech bubble
    6. To export the report, Click the Export button, and the report will be exported in a spreadsheet format

    Once you have the export, you can sort your data by the column that includes comments, that way all of your orders that have comments will be at the top.
