How do I disable the Auto-Fill feature on my account? - Tue - Mar 24, 2015 - 8:54am

Auto-fill makes it easy for box office staff to quickly and efficiently process orders on behalf of ticket buyers. Auto-fill expedites orders made over the phone or in person by allowing staff to quickly retrieve a patron's record by doing a quick search using the customer's last name. Just enter the first few letters of the patron's last name on the checkout page, and select from a list of matching customer records. All patron data will be auto-filled into the order saving time from asking the patron each field -- one at a time.
The auto-fill feature can be enabled or disabled at any time.- Head to: account settings > Checkout Options
- Click "Auto-Fill Customer Information" from the left menu
- To disable autofill, click "Yes" to change it to No
If you are still seeing patron data auto-filled into the checkout page, it is most likely from auto-fill being enabled on your browser. You can disable auto-fill in the settings on your browser. If you are unsure of how to do this, you should be able to do a google search to find the instructions for your particular browser.
