For events such as festivals or day passes, you may want to sell only one ticket, but have it be valid over multiple days. For these events, you can create one performance date, hide the event date and time and replace it with custom text.

When creating an event that you wish to be valid over several days, the performance date should be set to the last day of the event. This would make the event appear until the last day your event is taking place. Take the following steps to either hide or modify the date and time of an event you are creating:

    1. Navigate to the Additional Date Display Options tab
    2. Enable the toggles for 'Do not display the event time' and 'Would you like to replace the date field with your own text?'
    3. Enter your custom text for the date of the event

Take the following steps to either hide or modify your existing event's date and time for the public:

    1. Navigate to: Events > Event Manager
    2. Click Manage
    3. Click on Public Display > Additional Display Options
    4. Under MODIFYING THE DATE AND TIME DISPLAY, check the box, 'Hide the Event Time (hh:mm)'
    5. Check the box 'Hide the Event Date (mm/dd/yyyy)?
    6. Enter the text that you'd like to display in place of the date under 'Replacement Text for Default Date'

Note: This should only be done for events with a single event date.
