How can I change an event date or time after I've created it? - Mon - Apr 8, 2013 - 2:08pm

If you create an event and you realize that the date or time of the even is incorrect. You can change the event date or time at any point to correct the error.
For an event that has yet to sell any tickets:- Head to: Events > Event Manager
- Click Manage
- Click on the Date (blue lettering), then change the time.
NOTE: the time for a performance uses military time, so for events after noon, make sure you choose 13-24 for the hour. - Click the "check mark" to save.
For an event that has already sold tickets:- Head to: Events > Event Manager
- Click Manage
- Click on the Date (blue lettering)
- You'll see a warning appear asking you to confirm that you understand you are changing an event date time after customers received tickets using the original date and time.
- Click Continue
- Change the time
