Managing the event address
With events often taking place at multiple venues, we now set the venue name, phone, and address with each event. You'll find the ability to edit or update the address within each event.- Just head to Events > Event Manager > Manage > Public Display > Event Address.
- If the address listed on the event is the incorrect venue or address, click [Change] and update the information listed.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
The address entered on the event will be displayed in the confirmation email receipt, on the eTicket, and on the thermal ticket (if you have a thermal ticket printer connected to your account).
Managing your billing address
If you want to edit the address we have on file your your account that appears on your monthly invoice, you'll need to edit the address in your account settings. This address is used internally and is not displayed anywhere to your customers.- Head to your account settings icon in the top menu > Billing & Usage.
- From there, you'll be able to edit the address we have on file under: BILLING INFORMATION
