Is it possible to set a time to stop ticket sales for each individual performance before the show? - Wed - May 25, 2011 - 12:51am

Performances can be individually inactivated at a set time prior to, at, or after the start time for each performance. This is an account-wide setting and will apply to all of your performances. If you need to stop sales at different times for different shows, please follow the instructions below:
- Head to your top menu and click the first arrow icon.
- From the menu that appears, click Edit Public Display
- Under AUTOMATIC INACTIVATION FOR PERFORMANCES, use the dropdown to select a time frame
- If you want a message to display at inactivation, enter it in the corresponding field. You might say something like Online sales are closed, but tickets may be available at the box office".
- Click Update
Please note that this setting is account-wide, so it will auto apply for all of your events. In order to specify any of your events (have them not inactivate at the public display time), make sure to set a date/time for the "Tickets removed from sale on" portion for each of those events (Manage >> Public Display >> Event Information >> IMPORTANT SALE DATES >> "Tickets removed from sale on"). This setting will override the AUTOMATIC INACTIVATION mentioned above, so you'll want to set this if you'd like any of your events to have their own inactivation time, separate from what is set in your Public Display Settings.
