How can I see a preview of my PDF eTicket? - Thu - Oct 22, 2015 - 3:25pm

  • You can see a sample of the print-at-home ticket in several ways.

    IMPORTANT: On the PDF preview, you'll see "(Ticket Type / Price + Tax)". Since events may have multiple ticket types and prices, the preview is simply to show where the ticket name and price will appear. When a ticket is ordered, that text will be replaced with the actual ticket type chosen and its corresponding price.

    From the Event Manager

    1. Head to: Events > Event Manager
    2. Under the eTicket column, click "Preview" for any event to see a sample with that event's information

    While editing an event

    1. Head to: Events > Event Manager
    2. Click on the name of your event
    3. Click on Ticket Delivery
    4. Under ELECTRONIC TICKET, click "Preview Ticket"

    While creating an event

    1. Head to: Events > Event Manager
    2. Click Create Event  
    3. Click Email Options
    4. Click View PDF Template
