How do I turn off the required billing fields on the checkout page? - Mon - Jul 10, 2017 - 9:42am

    We allow you to require certain fields on the final purchase page such as the customer's address and phone number. We also allow you to require comments on the checkout page. To enable or disable the requirement to enter the information, take the following steps.
     
    1. Click the cog icon in the upper right corner to reveal a dropdown menu of Account Settings.
    2. Click Checkout Options.
    3. Under Requested Information at Checkout, toggle the desired switches to enable or disable the address, company, and phone fields.
    4. Under Replacement Label for Comments Field, you can change the field name from "Comments" to another identifier such as "Enter food allergies". 
    5. Toggle the switch to require the information to be entered.
     
    Additionally, if you would like to hide the "Shipping address" or "Billing address" fields in the checkout process, take the following steps:
    1. Head to Account Settings
    2. Click the Checkout Options
    3. Under Checkout Page Fields >> REQUESTED INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT, you can switch the toggles for each of the options listed.

    Please note that these are account wide settings, so this information cannot be hidden/shown on a per-event basis.
