The URL used by ThunderTIx is generally created as your business name in all lower case letters to create what is called a subdomain. This subdomain becomes your public URL, so customers can find your events. It is in the form:

https://yourname.thundertix.com

You can find and change this in your Public Display Settings. Click on the arrow icon in the top right corner then click Edit Public Display. Subdomains must be a combination of letters, numbers and either a hyphen or underscore.
