Can I search by event purchase and donation history together? - Thu - Sep 29, 2022 - 10:18am

  • Search your Patron Database for event purchases and donations at the same time! 

    To perform the search, follow these steps:
     
    1. Head to  Patron Database > Patrons Search 
    2. Click on the Event/Package tab dropdown 
    3. Search for an event using Purchased or Have not yet purchased



    4. Your list will populate
    5. Then, click on the Donations tab dropdown 
    6. Choose from Donor classification, Campaigns, or Donation report
       


    7. The second search will be applied in addition to the first search
    8. Thus, you will retrieve patrons who have purchased (or not yet purchased) X event or package and who are also applicable to the specified donation option chosen.
